Using the hover function

With the "hover" function, when it is functioning it acts like a mouse over and the selected link can be made to change color before selected by clicking. Look at this page and the very next page and see the third line from the top of the page. On the first page mouse over the third line down and then do the same on the next page to see the difference. http://www.kenhochfeld.com/hochfeld_whole_I.html
By right clicking on a page in SiteSpinner a dialog appears which gives you the choice to select "Edit Page Properties". By left clicking on that you will see a "Links, Fonts" tab at the top. Left click on that an you'll see "Use Hover" at the top right. When the box next to that is checked, the function no longer works for me.
On your index page: When you created the links in the Text Editor, you also set the link color. When you set the link color at this lowest level of the text element, it overrides the global style settings you give all links via the Page Editor's Links,Fonts tab.

When SiteSpinner sets the link color via the Text Editor's link editor, it does not provide a way to set the hover color, so the color setting of the link will be applied to all states of the link (active, selected, hover, and visited).

When you made the links on the second page, you did not set the link color (your only removed the underline), so the global link color settings are used.
