'Serial Number Already In Use' message (Error Code 212)

The problem is not duplicate serial numbers, but with the way our registration database provider does searches. When the SiteSpinner registration window asks the database how many matches there are for a particular serial number, the database is responding with not only the serial number in question, but also the number of “close matches”. Obviously, close matches for serial numbers are not of any use in this case.

We are working to correct this.
