First, please check that you are attempting to register SiteSpinner with SiteSpinner codes, and SiteSpinner Pro with SiteSpinner Pro codes.
If you purchased one of our products, you will have received a serial number and registration code (usually by email).
These numbers are a matched pair and must be entered together in the registration window. Do not use the TRIAL- serial number that already exists in the registration window.
Be sure that you copy the codes exactly. Use capital letters where the letters are capitalized and be careful not to use letters where numbers are required or vice versa.
The easiest way to do this is to 'copy' each number from your email and 'paste' it into the code boxes.
Be sure that serial number goes in the serial number box and the registration code goes in the registration code box. Press OK to complete the registration process.
If you don't have a correct serial number and code and you still have days left in your trial, you can press OK and the trial will continue.
However, to do this, you must NOT have any text in the registration code box. Otherwise, the trail will attempt to verify that code and will only continue if it matches the serial number. If there is any text in the registration code box, remove it first before pressing OK to continue the trial.
And last, be sure you are attempting to register the correct product with the corresponding code set. SiteSpinner codes will not work with SiteSpinner Pro, and vice-versa.
Lastly, if you get an error message when entering your email address to register the product, this error is coming from our email service provider and can be safely ignored.
